Decline in Combat on Mornsa I

Hostilites on Mornsa I have come to a decline as of 08/17/2013 at 16:17. The conflict has already claimed at least 10 lives and seen the loss of 10 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/17/2013 at 16:19 when battle elements of Loulou engaged the forces of Druid. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mornsa I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
