Decline in Combat on Episer XI

Hostilites on Episer XI have come to a decline as of 08/17/2013 at 13:40. The conflict has already claimed at least 40 lives and seen the loss of 40 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/17/2013 at 13:29 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 40 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
