Decline in Combat on Lucepi VIII

Hostilites on Lucepi VIII have come to a decline as of 08/15/2013 at 21:08. The conflict has already claimed at least 72 lives and seen the loss of 72 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/15/2013 at 21:10 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucepi VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 72 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
