Decline in Combat on Lucepi V

Hostilites on Lucepi V have come to a decline as of 08/15/2013 at 21:05. The conflict has already claimed at least 695 lives and seen the loss of 104 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/15/2013 at 21:05 when battle elements of Havoc and Mathrb engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucepi V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 70 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
