Decline in Combat on Lucepi II

Hostilites on Lucepi II have come to a decline as of 08/15/2013 at 20:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,239 lives and seen the loss of 85 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/15/2013 at 20:58 when battle elements of Havoc and Dzarren engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucepi II are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 82 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
