Decline in Combat on Cogsni IV

Hostilites on Cogsni IV have come to a decline as of 08/14/2013 at 19:04. The conflict has already claimed at least 175 lives and seen the loss of 25 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/14/2013 at 19:06 when battle elements of Codex engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogsni IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
