Decline in Combat on Neosta IV

Hostilites on Neosta IV have come to a decline as of 08/14/2013 at 15:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 13 lives and seen the loss of 13 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/14/2013 at 14:57 when battle elements of Codex engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neosta IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 11 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
