Decline in Combat on Leviso XVII

Hostilites on Leviso XVII have come to a decline as of 01/27/2012 at 22:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 266 lives and seen the loss of 16 units and facilities.

Battle began 01/27/2012 at 22:32 when battle elements of Megatron and Warparty engaged the forces of Herki. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Leviso XVII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 10 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
