Decline in Combat on Mornsa XIII

Hostilites on Mornsa XIII have come to a decline as of 08/09/2013 at 21:15. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,325 lives and seen the loss of 71 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/09/2013 at 21:11 when battle elements of Loulou engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Mornsa XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 69 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
