Decline in Combat on Neolci IV

Hostilites on Neolci IV have come to a decline as of 08/03/2013 at 23:46. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,457 lives and seen the loss of 404 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/03/2013 at 23:39 when battle elements of Sniv, Codex, Gixer1985 and Clubbers engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 356 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
