Decline in Combat on Neolci VIII

Hostilites on Neolci VIII have come to a decline as of 08/03/2013 at 00:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,983 lives and seen the loss of 252 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/02/2013 at 23:56 when battle elements of Gixer1985, Codex, Clubbers and Sniv engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 239 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
