Decline in Combat on Neolci XVII

Hostilites on Neolci XVII have come to a decline as of 07/30/2013 at 22:00. The conflict has already claimed at least 142 lives and seen the loss of 133 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/30/2013 at 21:59 when battle elements of Fragged, Clubbers and Sniv engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XVII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 130 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
