Decline in Combat on Holplo XI

Hostilites on Holplo XI have come to a decline as of 07/30/2013 at 20:14. The conflict has already claimed at least 304 lives and seen the loss of 54 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/30/2013 at 20:13 when battle elements of Valen engaged the forces of Goudron. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Holplo XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 54 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
