Death Toll Rises on Ekbu III

Over 3,076 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Ekbu III. Forces of Kylekoekemoer have engaged the forces of NeoCat in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 07/30/2013 at 15:46 has seen the loss of 2 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 50,230 homes have been destroyed and 59,005 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
