Decline in Combat on Ekbu VIII

Hostilites on Ekbu VIII have come to a decline as of 07/30/2013 at 15:16. The conflict has already claimed at least 553 lives and seen the loss of 53 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/30/2013 at 15:12 when battle elements of Kylekoekemoer engaged the forces of NeoCat. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ekbu VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 52 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
