Death Toll Rises on Ekbu VIII

Over 7 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Ekbu VIII. Forces of Gmakay have engaged the forces of NeoCat in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 07/29/2013 at 12:52 has seen the loss of 0 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 320,800 homes have been destroyed and 8,020 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
