Decline in Combat on Logwra VIII

Hostilites on Logwra VIII have come to a decline as of 07/28/2013 at 23:54. The conflict has already claimed at least 109 lives and seen the loss of 9 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/28/2013 at 23:45 when battle elements of Grappler and Goudron engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Logwra VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 7 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
