Decline in Combat on Logwra III

Hostilites on Logwra III have come to a decline as of 07/28/2013 at 22:38. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/28/2013 at 22:32 when battle elements of NeoCat and Havoc engaged the forces of Grappler and Zemunelo. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Logwra III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
