Decline in Combat on Neolci VII

Hostilites on Neolci VII have come to a decline as of 07/28/2013 at 15:48. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,336 lives and seen the loss of 283 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/28/2013 at 15:42 when battle elements of Clubbers, Codex and Sniv engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 256 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
