Hostilites on Ekbu IX have come to a decline as of 07/28/2013 at 15:21. The conflict has already claimed at least 217 lives and seen the loss of 17 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/28/2013 at 15:09 when battle elements of Gmakay engaged the forces of NeoCat. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
