Decline in Combat on Neolci VI

Hostilites on Neolci VI have come to a decline as of 07/28/2013 at 14:50. The conflict has already claimed at least 594 lives and seen the loss of 185 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/28/2013 at 14:48 when battle elements of Codex and Clubbers engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci VI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 181 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
