Decline in Combat on Holplo XVII

Hostilites on Holplo XVII have come to a decline as of 07/26/2013 at 23:48. The conflict has already claimed at least 127 lives and seen the loss of 112 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/26/2013 at 23:31 when battle elements of Valen engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Holplo XVII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 110 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
