Decline in Combat on Latfyi VIII

Hostilites on Latfyi VIII have come to a decline as of 07/25/2013 at 23:07. The conflict has already claimed at least 32 lives and seen the loss of 32 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/25/2013 at 23:09 when battle elements of Acantoni engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
