Hostilites on Cissse XV have come to a decline as of 07/25/2013 at 20:25. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/25/2013 at 20:27 when battle elements of Valen engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
