Hostilites on Cissse VII have come to a decline as of 07/25/2013 at 20:21. The conflict has already claimed at least 55 lives and seen the loss of 55 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/25/2013 at 20:09 when battle elements of Valen engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
