Decline in Combat on Cogsni IV

Hostilites on Cogsni IV have come to a decline as of 07/22/2013 at 19:40. The conflict has already claimed at least 11 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/22/2013 at 19:41 when battle elements of Alastes engaged the forces of Codex. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogsni IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
