Decline in Combat on Perssi XIII

Hostilites on Perssi XIII have come to a decline as of 07/10/2013 at 22:46. The conflict has already claimed at least 20,570 lives and seen the loss of 645 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/10/2013 at 22:40 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Gixer1985. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
