Decline in Combat on Volvri IV

Hostilites on Volvri IV have come to a decline as of 07/07/2013 at 11:22. The conflict has already claimed at least 447 lives and seen the loss of 82 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/07/2013 at 11:21 when battle elements of Havoc and Praxis84 engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Volvri IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 74 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
