Decline in Combat on Volvri IX

Hostilites on Volvri IX have come to a decline as of 07/07/2013 at 10:33. The conflict has already claimed at least 74 lives and seen the loss of 71 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/07/2013 at 10:35 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Volvri IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 70 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
