Decline in Combat on Ekbu IV

Hostilites on Ekbu IV have come to a decline as of 06/23/2013 at 22:18. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/23/2013 at 22:20 when battle elements of Pawcatkittyness engaged the forces of NeoCat. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ekbu IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
