Decline in Combat on Neolci III

Hostilites on Neolci III have come to a decline as of 05/03/2013 at 20:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 20 lives and seen the loss of 20 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/03/2013 at 20:56 when battle elements of Codex engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 20 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
