Death Toll Rises on Ekbu VI

Over 7,744 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Ekbu VI. Forces of Pawcatkittyness and Arkangelus have engaged the forces of Pirates in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 05/02/2013 at 22:51 has seen the loss of 4 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 110,506 homes have been destroyed and 150,232 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
