Decline in Combat on Isoyda VIII

Hostilites on Isoyda VIII have come to a decline as of 04/19/2013 at 23:04. The conflict has already claimed at least 28 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/19/2013 at 23:05 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Isoyda VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
