Death Toll Rises on Verdte XIII

Over 27,940 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Verdte XIII. Forces of Drynn have engaged the forces of Raven08 in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 04/18/2013 at 19:35 has seen the loss of 135 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 3,778,748 homes have been destroyed and 4,451,161 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
