Decline in Combat on Lucepi IV

Hostilites on Lucepi IV have come to a decline as of 03/21/2012 at 03:29. The conflict has already claimed at least 66 lives and seen the loss of 30 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/21/2012 at 03:24 when battle elements of Arn engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucepi IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 25 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
