Hostilites on Lucsce XII have come to a decline as of 03/21/2012 at 00:13. The conflict has already claimed at least 103 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/21/2012 at 00:15 when battle elements of TsunaLamperouge engaged the forces of Arn. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
