Decline in Combat on Cissse IX

Hostilites on Cissse IX have come to a decline as of 04/12/2013 at 12:55. The conflict has already claimed at least 267 lives and seen the loss of 61 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/12/2013 at 12:53 when battle elements of Gixer1985 and Clubbers engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
