Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Cissse have come to a decline as of 04/07/2013 at 12:36. The conflict has already claimed at least 28 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/07/2013 at 12:37 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
