Decline in Combat on Cednci I

Hostilites on Cednci I have come to a decline as of 04/05/2013 at 00:36. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/05/2013 at 00:29 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cednci I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
