Decline in Combat on Episer VIII

Hostilites on Episer VIII have come to a decline as of 03/30/2013 at 23:52. The conflict has already claimed at least 4,011 lives and seen the loss of 81 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/30/2013 at 23:40 when battle elements of VooDoo-player engaged the forces of Deveroes. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 79 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
