Decline in Combat on Episer IV

Hostilites on Episer IV have come to a decline as of 03/30/2013 at 21:35. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/30/2013 at 21:36 when battle elements of VooDoo-player engaged the forces of Deveroes. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
