Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Lucsce(S) have come to a decline as of 03/19/2012 at 02:02. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,337 lives and seen the loss of 9 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/19/2012 at 02:02 when battle elements of TsunaLamperouge engaged the forces of Sansha. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
