Decline in Combat on Lucsce XIII

Hostilites on Lucsce XIII have come to a decline as of 03/16/2013 at 13:03. The conflict has already claimed at least 7 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/16/2013 at 13:04 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of GlidoU. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
