Decline in Combat on Lucepi II

Hostilites on Lucepi II have come to a decline as of 03/11/2013 at 00:54. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,191 lives and seen the loss of 111 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/11/2013 at 00:13 when battle elements of Dzarren and Mathrb engaged the forces of Boomington. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucepi II are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 106 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
