Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Radsma have come to a decline as of 03/07/2013 at 23:32. The conflict has already claimed at least 98 lives and seen the loss of 14 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/07/2013 at 23:34 when battle elements of Shinoblk engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
