Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Lucsce(S) have come to a decline as of 03/18/2012 at 14:00. The conflict has already claimed at least 376 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/18/2012 at 13:53 when battle elements of TsunaLamperouge engaged the forces of Sansha. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
