Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Cissse have come to a decline as of 03/18/2012 at 12:16. The conflict has already claimed at least 26 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/18/2012 at 12:18 when battle elements of DaBawz engaged the forces of Zenzi. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
