Decline in Combat on Verdte XI

Hostilites on Verdte XI have come to a decline as of 03/02/2013 at 21:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 570 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/02/2013 at 21:43 when battle elements of BAMF and Drynn engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Verdte XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 9 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
