Decline in Combat on Cissse VIII
Hostilites on Cissse VIII have come to a decline as of 03/01/2013 at 19:46. The conflict has already claimed at least 37 lives and seen the loss of 28 units and facilities.
Battle began 03/01/2013 at 19:40 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
Citizens of Cissse VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
