Decline in Combat on Lucsce XIII

Hostilites on Lucsce XIII have come to a decline as of 02/23/2013 at 11:27. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,925 lives and seen the loss of 100 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/23/2013 at 11:15 when battle elements of GlidoU engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucsce XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 53 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
